3.1 Account Creation

• Provide accurate email, name, and company information
• Create a secure password and maintain confidentiality
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

3.2 Account Types

• Owner: Full administrative access
• Admin: Team and content management access
• Member: Content creation and editing access
• Superadmin: Platform-wide access (Vectoron staff only)

3.3 Team Accounts

• Account owners can invite team members
• Each user must have a unique email address
• Account owners are responsible for team member actions

4.1 Plans and Pricing

• Subscription plans include various features and limits
• Pricing is available at vectoron.ai/pricing
• Plans may include limits on pages per month, websites, and team members
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment processed through Stripe
• Subscriptions billed monthly or annually in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

4.3 Free Trials

• Trial periods are offered at our discretion
• Credit card required for trial activation
• Automatic conversion to paid plan unless cancelled
• One trial per customer

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancel anytime through your account dashboard
• Service continues until end of billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• Data available for 90 days after cancellation

4.5 Plan Changes

• Upgrade or downgrade anytime
• Upgrades take effect immediately
• Downgrades take effect at next billing cycle
• Unused credits do not roll over

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service to:

• Generate AI-powered content for your business
• Publish content to your websites and CMS platforms
• Create and schedule social media posts
• Analyze content performance
• Collaborate with team members

5.2 Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates our Content Policy
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Interfere with Service security or integrity
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Generate spam, malware, or malicious content
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Impersonate others or provide false information

5.3 Content Guidelines

Generated content must not:

• Violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
• Contain hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Promote violence, illegal activities, or harm
• Include explicit sexual content involving minors
• Spread misinformation or engage in fraud
• Violate privacy rights or expose personal information

6.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you provide (keywords, briefs, preferences)
• You retain ownership of AI-generated content created through the Service
• You grant us a license to use your content to provide the Service
• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with these Terms

6.2 Our Intellectual Property

• The Service, platform, and technology are owned by Vectoron
• Our trademarks, logos, and branding are protected
• You may not use our intellectual property without permission
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service

6.3 AI-Generated Content

• Content is generated using third-party AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity)
• AI-generated content may not be unique to you
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content
• We do not guarantee accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated content
• Similar prompts may produce similar outputs for different users

6.4 Third-Party Content

• The Service may include content from third-party sources
• Third-party content is subject to separate terms and licenses
• We are not responsible for third-party content accuracy or availability

7.1 CMS Integrations

• WordPress, Webflow, Zapier integrations available
• You must have authorization to connect these platforms
• You are responsible for maintaining integration credentials
• We are not liable for issues with third-party platforms

7.2 Social Media Integrations

• LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram OAuth connections
• You authorize us to post on your behalf
• Review and approve posts before publishing
• Comply with each platform's terms of service

7.3 Analytics Integrations

• Google Analytics 4 OAuth for performance tracking
• You authorize us to access analytics data
• Data used only to provide Service features

7.4 Integration Security

• Store credentials securely and encrypted
• Revoke access anytime through your account
• We are not responsible for unauthorized access to third-party accounts

8.1 Data Collection

• We collect data as described in our Privacy Policy
• You consent to data processing for Service delivery
• Data may be processed in the United States and other countries

8.2 Data Security

9.3 No Warranty

• No warranty of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation
• No warranty regarding accuracy or quality of AI-generated content

10.1 API Access

• API access provided for enterprise customers
• Subject to rate limits and usage quotas
• API keys must be kept confidential
• We may revoke API access for violations

10.2 API Terms

• Do not exceed rate limits or quotas
• Do not use API to circumvent Service restrictions
• Monitor and secure your API usage
• We are not liable for API downtime or changes

11.1 Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VECTORON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions, errors, or security breaches
• Third-party actions or content
• AI-generated content accuracy, quality, or consequences of use

11.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11.3 Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13.1 Termination by You

• Cancel your subscription anytime through your account
• Service continues until end of current billing period
• Data available for 90 days after termination

13.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or our policies
• Your payment fails or account is past due
• Your use poses security or legal risks
• We cease offering the Service (with 30 days notice)

13.3 Effect of Termination

• Your right to use the Service ends immediately
• Outstanding fees remain due
• Provisions that should survive termination remain in effect
• We may delete your data per our retention policies

14.1 Governing Law

17.1 Content Workflow

• Content progresses through 12 workflow stages
• You approve content at key checkpoints (titles, outlines, final content)
• Unapproved content is not published
• You may pause or cancel workflows anytime

17.2 Social Media Management

• Social calendars generated monthly
• You must approve calendars before post generation
• You approve individual posts before scheduling
• We are not responsible for platform policy violations

17.3 AI Services

• Content generated using OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity
• AI service availability and pricing may change
• We pass through usage costs as part of your subscription
• AI-generated content requires human review

17.4 Publishing

• You authorize publishing to connected CMS platforms
• Publishing is asynchronous via webhooks
• We are not responsible for CMS platform issues
• You may revoke publishing authorization anytime

18.1 GDPR Compliance

For European users, we comply with GDPR requirements for data processing, storage, and user rights.

18.2 CCPA Compliance

For California residents, we comply with CCPA requirements. We do not sell your personal information.
